Here are some FAQs about the event:

What are the days and times?

Our 8th annual RDP Santa Experience will take place on Sunday November 10 and Sunday November 17th from 9am-1pm at the RDP Studio in NW Austin.

How do I register?

Those clients who are First Year Collective members, those who have Elf Passes, or those who are on the Nice List, will receive an email with the link to register at their designated time on September 25. From that link you will choose your session type – Classic or Luxe, then choose your day, then choose your time slot, pay invoice and sign contract to reserve.

What’s an Elf Pass?

An Elf pass was earned by some at the 2023 RDP Santa event. They either are First Year Collective members, upgraded their Santa gallery last year, or reserved a LUXE Santa session last year so those on that list get first dibs at registration to secure a spot!

What are the different types of sessions?

There will be a 5 minute Classic option which is up to 5 minutes with Santa and 5 digital images included with the option to upgrade, or the LUXE option which includes up to 10 minutes with Santa, all digital images, family can join in for a photo with or without Santa, and a keepsake ornament.

Will it be the same Santa?

Absolutely yes! We’ve been working together for the last eight years!

What if my child cries?

You never know what little ones are going to do when it’s their first time to meet Santa. Children ages 8m-3 can be iffy. We never force anything for your child and have tricks up our sleeves to bring you some magical memories.

What if we get sick?

Do to the nature of this event, these sessions are non refundable. However, you can sell your spot or if you aren’t able to or I am unable to fill it, you reservation fee can be applied to another session with RDP within six months.
